adding custom fields in Opportunity
Hi all,
I am trying to add Opportunity with OpportunityItems using 'add' web service API. I want to add some custom field in OpportunityItem.
For that I created one CRM custom field and given it at the time of creation but I am getting the following error while creating opportunity:
[Error]: [Code=INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION] You do not have permissions to set a value for element custevent3 due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.
So my questions is what type of custom field (CF) we need to create for opportunity?
