WSDL2Java skipping files

I'm using Axis and following the instructions, but WSDL2Java still seems to skip over creating some of the stub files.  For example, right now it is missing TransactionType.java.

I see others have had this issue as well and no one seems to know what causes the problem. (I did use the -w switch as someone suggested.)

Is there a place where I can download the .java files already generated for the current wsdl?
