Hello,

I'm having a custom record type as AUP Notice mails which comes under tickets.

I've created a 'saved search' on TICKETS which will return these AUP Notice mails where the status is not yet closed and other required filters.

Now the main problem i'm facing here is i'm getting he AUP ticket internal id, created date etc by using "Supportcase" recordtype, but unable to get the mail messages posted for a particular AUP ticket.

HOW to fetch he mail messages for the ticket??

Somebody told we need to search "note" recordtype to get the mail messages.

Please help me on this ASAP.
