overwriting the calculated Gross amount

Hi

Is it possible to overwrite the calculated (Quantity x Rate) Gross amount on an invoice when importing using smbXML. Say quantity is 2 and rate is 1.5 which equals to 3 but we want Gross amount to be 3.5 for example. Is this possilble to set via smbXML?

I know in the UI this is permitted to do.
