Client Certificate

We are developing an application which will connect to Netsuite thru Webservice 2.5. In order to do that we need to know the following information:

Certificate Authority

Client Certificate
Client Certificate password

Private Key
Private Key Password

If you know the following information, can you please let us know.  If you think we can bypass this with different option please provide that option too. Thanks so much.
