Accounts openbalance is always 0

Hi,

I try to get the open balance of accounts. But I kept getting "0" for all accounts which do carray some balance.  There is a openingBalanceSpecified which returns false too. I just wondered if there might be some preference I should set? If not, is there any way I get the right openbalance number?
