Connecting through a proxy server problem

How do I get the web service to work if I am using a proxy server?

If however I turn off using a proxy in IE the web service will log in successfully.

I gather I need to set up the proxy on my web service object in .net but so far I haven't been able to get it to work. Originally I just had the cookie code there:
  
//Enable cookie management
Uri myUri = new Uri("https://webservices.netsuite.com");
_service.CookieContainer = new CookieContainer();   

With the proxy enabled that returns an error: 407 - Proxy Authentication Required

I added the following but it still fails:
