Pulling the Expenses & Items Detail of Bill and display it in Advanced PDF/HTML Template on Paym

Good Day!
i'm new in customizing Advanced PDF/HTML Template, so what am trying to do is to pull out the expenses&items detail that are in the bill transaction, and print this using Advanced PDF/HTML Template on bill payment voucher. is this achievable using Advanced PDF/HTML Template?
iv'e tried to exhaust the record i know so far, but no luck.
any help is much appreciated.
