Company Drop-down Shows Customers Prefixed with ID
Hi all,
In an Opportunity record, when we click the "Company" drop-down, we see the list of all of our Customers; however, these are all prefixed with some form of ID number making it impossible to simply type the Customer's name.
The ID number that appears is not the Customer record's Internal ID, but corresponds to the Customer record's "Customer ID" (system generated).
Is there a way by which we are able to either simply display the Customer's name without any ID, or at the very least, allow us to have this field operate whereby as we begin typing, NetSuite searches the entire text string rather than performing an exact match from the left-most character?
