Display Leading Zeros on Custom Integer Field

Hi all,

Are you able to format a Custom Field of type Integer Number to show leading zeros?  That is, if I am storing a given number and I know how many digits this number should be, am I able to display it such that it pads the number entered with leading zeros?  Note, there is really no 'Minimum Value' per se, so I cannot use this field (not that that would give me the leading zeros anyway).
