NetSuite for Outlook breaks Outlook 2016
This is a random problem throughout our organization. NetSuite for Outlook suddenly becomes disabled by Outlook. Upon enabling, Outlook freezes or will not move past "Processing" when starting. The only solution is to disable or completely uninstall NetSuite for Outlook. We all run the same version of Outlook. I can create a new user account on an affected computer and set up Outlook and NetSuite for Outlook and everything will work. On the affected account I have tried uninstalling and deleting all AppData folders for Celigo/NfO.
I have also spent hours on the phone with NetSuite support with no solution on the horizon.
