NetSuite Label output for Retail environments

Our company operates several Retail locations and we are struggling with the labeling functionality in NetSuite. The clarity of the output from any Zebra printer seems lacking and it's causing significant delays in processing orders, cycle counts, receiving etc. My question is, is this related to some NetSuite setup that I am unaware or is the NetSuite label output really just that bad? If so, would a Suiteapp' partner like SunnitIT provide a better solution?
