Transaction Form PDF Layout Custom Record

Hi,

I am trying to customize an item label and display a custom Item Number Field but the fields do not show up under Transaction Form PDF Layout   >  Add Custom Element

Is there a way to access these fields and print them on an item label ?

Netsuite is pretty new to me so I'd appreciate any help.
