The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Upcoming Change to Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp Email Notifications
This notice is intended for customers using the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp. The next release of this SuiteApp will include a change to Pending Batch Approval and Pending Batch Rejected email subject lines. This change will affect accounts where the Approval Routing for Payment Batches preference is enabled.
What is Changing
As of June 11, 2019, a unique Batch ID will be added to subject lines in new Pending Batch Approval and Pending Batch Rejected email notifications. This Batch ID is a unique identifier for each system email notification that supports easy identification of payment batches requiring approval.
The following table compares subject lines for existing email notifications and notifications after the SuiteApp upgrade.
