Sales Rules: Select a Customer Rule Field
When creating a new Sales Rule, what determines which custom fields appear under Setup -> Sales -> Sales Rules -> New?
We need to build some rules using a field on the Customer Record that is sourced from a Custom Record ... but it's not appearing in the list. However, many other custom fields are there as an option.
Is there a particular setting on either the custom field and/or custom record that impacts whether or not the field appears in this list?
