URL for suitelet h= parameter

I am reviewing a script that calls a suitelet.  The whole URL is hardcoded.

https://forms.na1.netsuite.com/...&compid=<compnay>&h=<someidhere>

I don't see a parameter h used anywhere in the scripts.  Does the h=  have some meaning to NetSuite?
