When should I mark my discussion as CORRECT ANSWER and/or Helpful?
One of the strongly recommended best practices for this Community is to mark your discussion as CORRECT ANSWER and/or Helpful where applicable.
When should I mark my discussion as CORRECT ANSWER ?
- If the suggested response resolves the indicated problem, mark your discussion as CORRECT ANSWER.
When should I mark my discussion as Helpful ?
- If the response is helpful but does not necessarily solve the problem, mark your discussion as Helpful. You can mark multiple responses as Helpful, if you feel additional information is useful to others.
Why should I mark my discussion as CORRECT ANSWER and/or Helpful?
- By marking your discussion as CORRECT ANSWER, you are notifying the status of your discussion to responding community members and they can assist with other discussions.
