Default Inventory Adjustment Account Field using Workflow

I want to enter a default account for the Inventory Adjustment screen (as our users often select the wrong account).

I can do this using a Workflow, but the form requires the user to set the Subsidiary, and this clears the account field.

I don't appear to have the option to set the Subsidiary via workflow, so this is a problem.

Is there a way to overcome this?
