NetSuite 2019.1 Quality Management Behavior Change
This notice is intended for customers using the Quality Management SuiteApp. This change may require you to update your record settings to meet your preferred inspection activities.
Previous Behaviour
Before NetSuite 2019.1, work order completion transaction type context records required a work center ID to compare against any completion for a possible match. To trigger last operation inspections, customers needed to specify the associated work center on the context record. This action could trigger multiple inspections if the work order routing contained multiple steps that ran through the same work center.
What is Changing?
The NetSuite 2019.1 Quality Management SuiteApp is changing how it interprets context records which may eliminate last operation inspections for some customers. This change will enable you to distinguish last operation reporting and avoid duplicate inspection triggering.
