Peoplesoft synchronous services issue in peoplesoft

Issue: PeopleSoft online session is timing out after 20 sec when a synchronous services is triggered in component savepost peoplecode.

In recent we have upgraded our tools from 8.55 to 8.56 after the tools upgrade user session is timing out (kicking out of the system with " Your PeopleSoft Connection had expired)

when a sync operations is called in component save peoplecode after 20 seconds.

I am unabel to see where exact the error message is. there won't any log in gateway message log or error log and app server logs.

so in this situation how do we identify the issue.

same component is saving successfully when end client response is  <5sec but if it is morethan 20 sec then the system is signingout with out any error.
