Can you join on internalid for customer on a custom record?
I have searched and found a few older posts that suggest the following code should work:
var arrFilters = [];
arrFilters[0] = new nlobjSearchFilter('internalid','customer','anyof', CustomerID);
var searchResults = nlapiSearchRecord('customrecord_profile',null, arrFilters, null);
I've also tried using the custom field name (custrecord_customer) as the second value in the search filter. I keep getting the following error:
An nlobjSearchFilter contains an invalid join ID, or is not in proper syntax: internalid.
I can't believe that it isn't possible to connect a customer to a custom record that has to be a function that is well used. I am limited to using SuiteScript 1.0 so I can't use any 2.0 solutions.
