'Available Without Login' required for Images on Advanced PDF forms?
It would appear that images in the File Cabinet that I want to display on an Advanced PDF form need to have the 'Available Without Login' option ticked.
I have a 3rd party integration that is not currently ticking this option on import.
Is there any way to set a folder in the File Cabinet so that all images within are 'Available Without Login'?
I have seen a SuiteAnswers article about running a Mass Update to set this (whcih I could potentially schedule to run regularly), but it's not a particularly elegant solution!
I am pushing back to the 3rd part to try and get them to adjust the import processes, but I'm not expecting a positive result.
