Incorrect Xignite Rates in NetSuite OpenAir
Due to an issue with Xignite, our currency rates provider, your NetSuite OpenAir account may have received some incorrect exchange rates for some currency pairs with effective dates between June 28, 2019 and July 1, 2019. This notice is intended for customers that have either enabled one of the affected currencies or have at least one foreign currency receipt in an affected currency on an affected date.
The affected symbols/dates are:
MZN June 28, 2019
VND June 28, 2019
VND June 29, 2019
PGK June 29, 2019
BWP, June 29, 2019
KRW June 29, 2019
IDR June 29, 2019
KGS July 1, 2019
The correct USD> [currency] conversion rate on the dates affected are as follows. Entering the rate for the symbol against your account’s base currency will calculate rates for all pairs for that symbol. If you need additional pairs, please contact our Support department and they can provide them for you. Note - if you are receiving your exchange rates from any integrated sources, including NetSuite, do not use these rate pairs and instead use those provided from your other source.

@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
