Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

OpenAir | SHA1 Ciphers Deprecation
As of the October 2019.2 release, OpenAir will be deprecating support for weak SHA1 ciphers, and adding support for new, stronger ciphers, as part of our ongoing commitment to security best practices. Please notify your IT / Technical team about this requirement ASAP.
Support for stronger ciphers will be added ahead of the 2019.2 October release and will be available in both Sandbox and Production from September 13, 2019. SHA1 ciphers will be disabled on Sandbox on September 23, 2019. Deprecated ciphers will continue to work on production for a short time after the release, but will be disabled on January 15, 2020. This applies to:
- Browser access: Users should update to the latest browser versions and OS versions to ensure they are using up to date ciphers.
