Custom Field for Accounting/Fiscal Year

I created a custom transaction body field with the following configuration:

1. Label : Fiscal Year

2. Type: List/Record

3. List/Record : Accounting Period

4. Sourcing: Period is Year = Checked

5. Applied: Custom Transaction

Expected output: FY 2019, FY 2020

However, when I accessed the custom field, there is no list of values displayed. When I removed the Sourcing condition, it only displays "Monthly" Accounting Period e.g. Jan 2019, Feb 219.

Is there a way to  custom transaction body field that displays Accounting period limited to the Year?
