Accessing Picked / Packed quantities in Advanced PDF Template

According to the Records Bowser, these are available on Sales Order Items List:

quantity	float	Quantity	false
quantityavailable	float		false
quantitybackordered	float	Back Ordered	false
quantitybilled	float	Invoiced	false
quantitycommitted	float	Committed	false
quantityfulfilled	float	Fulfilled	false
quantityrevcommitted	float	Rev. Committed	false

But on an actual Sales Order Items List there are fields for 'Picked', 'Packed' etc.:

Does anyone now how to access these within an Advance PDF Template? I need to be able to subtract the number Picked from the number Committed to prevent duplicate picking notes being printed during the day.
