Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Upcoming Removal of OFX and QFX Files from all Databases
This notification is to alert you of the planned removal of all OFX and QFX bank statement files that were imported before January 1, 2019. This removal is targeted for August 6, 2019.
Why is this removal of files occurring?
The OFX and QFX file formats can contain unmasked credit card numbers in plain text. The NetSuite application encrypts and maintains these files in a database in a PCI-compliant manner. However, since there is no business need to retain these files indefinitely, this upcoming change will further mitigate any risk of disclosure.
What Is Changing?
If you imported OFX and QFX files before January 1, 2019, you will no longer be able to download these files from your NetSuite account. However, you may still be able to get your banking data files from your financial institution.
