Behavior Change for Roles that Use the Employee Reports SuiteApp

This notice is to inform you of upcoming changes to the Employee Reports SuiteApp. The Employee Reports SuiteApp (Bundle ID: 167330) keeps you up to date on employee demographics, compensation, and hiring data.

What Is Changing?

Currently, you may encounter an error with the SuiteApp if your current role does not have Employee Reports permissions. The Execute as Role field on the Script Deployment page of the ER Employee UE script (ID: customdeploy_er_employee_ue) is set to Current Role. The script does not run unless the permissions are present. To resolve this issue, Administrators must assign the permissions to SuiteApp users’ roles.
