Admin role doesn't have permission to see the support cases

I opened a case with Netsuite Support which got replied with an attachment. In order to download the attachment I need to go to Support > Netsuite Account Center > Customer Center > See Support Cases

Once I click on Support, Netsuite Account Center box shows "Not enough permissions   You do not have enough permissions to use this portlet.". I am the administrator. I switched to different roles just to try it, all display the same error. How do I see my support cases?
