System Note Report on Items With a Price Change Needed

We need to generate a report on all items with a price change and what those price changes were in the past year to give to our catalog creator.

We see that this is available in the system notes, but the system note shows the "price" as "view" and only shows the "sales price" as a dollar value, which we need, but we aren't given the option to select "sales price" just "price".

Any other method of pulling this data also welcome.
