US State Sales Tax Data Update
This notice is intended for customers using the NetSuite State Sales Tax table and have updated the rates between 30th August and 9th September 2019.
It has come to our attention that some tax groups and tax codes in certain States are incorrect and we therefore recommend that you re-import the sales tax tables for all States.
To re-import sales tax tables:
- Go to the Use State Tax tables > State Tax Import
- Check the "Force Override of Inactive Tax Items and Reactivate Them" box. This will deactivate codes that are not correct, re-activate current codes and update the rates. Make sure that you do this for every State
