Order confirmation emails getting marked as junk

Hi. One of my clients is having trouble with some of their clients not getting order confirmation emails. They are using the old email templates and emails are sent via the standard NetSuite method for order confirmation.

I want to move them over to System Email Templates so I can make them much more stylish, with images of the items purchased, etc. But first, I'd like to determine why some of their emails are sent to the junk folder.  Mainly from yahoo mail users.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  Did moving over to System Email Templates solve the issue?
