Form Customization Has Become Painful

Why is it that the customize transaction form page (Customization>Forms>Transaction Forms, then click Customize or Edit) now loads very very slowly and has become buggy and sometimes throws unexpected errors on save? Is this something NetSuite is working on? It is quite irritating to partners who need to go there often.
