Add Relationship information on Quote onto the Advanced PDF

Hello, I am very surprised but Netsuite support told me that there is no way to add in the relationship information on the Contacts sublist to the PDF. Please see the attached screenshot of the fields I would like to show up on the Advanced PDF. Can anyone help me with getting contact info to show up on the quote? I can only get the "Customer" data to show.
