Counting Prospects on a Scorecard
I set up a new custom KPI for a scorecard that should report new prospects. I'm missing something. All the numbers are the same. There are pre-made kpi's for New Leads and New Customers but I can't peek under the hood to see how they're set up.
The saved search has one filter (Stage = Prospect) and the results are just the customer internal ID, grouped. I also tried count with no luck. The available filter is Date Created.
This is what I see. Guidance is very much appreciated.
