OpenAir - Rescheduling & Clarification for OpenAir SAML SSO Certificate Renewal
The certificate used for SAML-based Single Sign On (SSO) in OpenAir production was scheduled to be renewed on November 25, 2019. The renewal has been rescheduled to occur on December 2, 2019, prior to its expiration on December 4, 2019.
** Customers are strongly advised to consult with their internal technical team as to potential impacts **
IMPORTANT: Please note that the newly updated certificate for OpenAir SAML-based Single Sign on (SSO) will be different from the SSL certificate. In order to retrieve the SAML certificate correctly, do not download the SSL certificate from the browser header, but instead please follow these instructions after the new certificate has been put in place:
