how to i subscribe to free trial for OIC?

I subscribed for Oracle Cloud trial but i see no option for OIC. I go to OIC page, it say to subscribe for Oracle Cloud trial (which i did). This is so confusing

OIC document give the link to subscribe free trail, but on that page there is no option for Free Trial (OIC)
