Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Changes to Billing Account Record Fields
This notice is intended for customers using the Billing Accounts feature. An upcoming change to this feature will affect the Bill To Select and Ship To Select fields on billing accounts. This change will occur in sandbox accounts on January 14, 2020. Production accounts will change on January 16, 2020.
What is Changing?
Currently, when creating a new billing account, the Bill To Select and Ship To Select fields default to the billing and shipping addresses found on the Customer record. The name of the customer associated with the billing account is found in the Customer field. After the change, the Bill To Select field and the Ship To Select field will default to blank. Addresses on the customer record will show in the Bill to Select list and the Ship to Select list. This change only affects new billing account records. Access billing accounts by going to Lists > Relationships > Billing
