"Sent Email List", determining the specific failed email address and Failure Reason of each email is
Since the NetSuite is moving away from Undelivered Emails and moving toward a "Sent Email List", determining the specific failed email address and Failure Reason of each email is cumbersome.
We created an UNSent Emails saved search and have to click the left hand # hyperlink, to access the email, scroll down to the bottom to see the failed email address and Failure Reason.
When sending my UNSent Emails Saved Search results via an email, the hyperlink , specific failed email address and the Failure Reason are not available in the results. Would you add the Failed email address and Failure Reason to the Sent Email List so that we can add it to our saved search?
