Introducing the new Support Dashboard!
To streamline case interactions and provide more personalized support, we have created the new Support Dashboard. This tool lets you capture key account information so it’s automatically available to Customer Support whenever you file a support case. Examples of information we would encourage you to provide in the Support Dashboard include: Business DescriptionAccount Information/SetupCustomizations / IntegrationsImportant Dates
With this information upfront, we hope to eliminate some of the repetitive questions being asked and make your support interactions smoother and more efficient. The Support Dashboard record is accessible to all users with access to the NetSuite Account center. For additional information on how to access the NetSuite Account Center, please refer to SuiteAnswers article ID 10038 “Accessing the NetSuite Account center”.
