IE 9 and 10 Supported Ending for SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced 2020.1

This notice is to inform you that Internet Explorer (IE) 9 and 10 will no longer be supported for SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced in 2020.1. 2020.1 is targeted for release in March of 2020.

NetSuite is making this change to provide better security and to help ensure the best possible experience for Commerce web store users.

What is Changing?Recommended Action

Since January 12, 2016, Microsoft no longer provides security updates or technical support for IE 10 and earlier. Microsoft security updates, compatibility fixes, and technical support continues for IE 11 on Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.

Thus, for security reasons and to help ensure the best possible experience for Commerce web store users, SuiteCommerce and SuiteCommerce Advanced support for IE 9 and IE 10 is scheduled to end in 2020.1.
