Cannot get USB-Controler (dongle) to work

On My VM (V. 6.1) I cannot get the USB-Controler in the Win7-guest to work.

I activated Usb2.0 in oracle, but the guest has a yellow question mark in "Gerätemanager"(device-manager?) and calls the device "universal USB Bus-Controler".

Activating the USB1.0 Controler makes the error-message vanish, but USB-stick is not shown.

I need this usb for a dongle for an app, which does not run under Win10.

What do you recommend here?
