Action Required: Update Your Website SSL Certificates
This notice is intended for customers who have a NetSuite website matching the following criteria. Your website is:deployed on a secure custom domain, anduses CDN (Content Delivery Network) caching, andhas a load that is considerably greater than average.
NetSuite 2020.1 will introduce a new content hosting infrastructure and a new website SSL certification management procedure. These changes streamline the deployment process and improve the performance of your website. These changes require that you obtain new SSL certificates. The procedure for obtaining SSL certificates for your website will change with the upgrade to 2020.1. Expect no downtime for your website when it switches to the new content hosting infrastructure.
