Reminder: Inbound Single Sign-on Feature Deprecation Schedule
This notice is intended for customers still using the NetSuite proprietary Inbound Single Sign-on (SSO) feature to access the NetSuite application or to access your web store. The Inbound SSO feature is targeted for deprecation. There are other inbound SSO options available to use for access to NetSuite, such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) Single Sign-on and SAML Single Sign-on.
What is Changing?
The Inbound SSO feature is targeted for deprecation. OpenID Connect (OIDC) SSO and SAML SSO are available as alternative inbound SSO solutions. Also, if you use the Inbound SSO feature to access web services, you should consider using the Token-based Authentication (TBA) feature instead. The ssoLogin and mapSso operations are no longer available with the NetSuite 2020.1 web services endpoint.
