Is there a way to send out item Substitution Emails?

Hello,

I hope you're all safe & doing well.

Issue -

We have several thousand orders of items that we no longer have in stock however we managed to source substitution for these products, there's a total of 9 Products that will be substituted.

Our Solution -

My question is (per Title) for only these 9 items FOR orders that are not Fulfilled yet? So let's say -

  • Customer A - orders Item 1 we want to send out Template 1.
  • Customer B - Orders Item 3, we want to send out Template 3 and so forth.

In total send 9 Templates to those customers who ordered these Out of Stock Items. The idea is Each of the Emails going out will have a URL for said Substitute or a Refund option.
