Web logic JNDI integration with spring application

I am trying to map jndi of web logic to spring app. When i am trying to do lookup using spring jndi template it is giving below exception. Can some one help here.

Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: weblogic.jdbc.common.internal.RmiDataSource_14110_WLStub cannot be cast to javax.sql.DataSource
