dataguard standby database

Hello, can anyone tell me if I extend the datafiles to unlimited on a primary database does this reflect also on the standby ?
AS I cannot run query to see datafiles extend status on standby how can I prove this will work?

I have plenty of disk space.

I have increased the disk size from 30g to unlimited on small tablespace so increasing to 32G but does this reflect on standby also ?
