Click and Collect, App, eCommerce etc....

Do any of you work with a partner to provide a relatively simple (and cost effective) app to provide 'click and collect' type functionality to customers?

Should I be looking for specific click and collect functionality, or is it more cost effective to integrate with a major ecommerce player (like Shopify) and then use whatever native app access Shopify provides?

Can the native NetSuite App be made available to customers, or is it for employees only?
