Need help with a CASE WHEN with multiple conditions

Hi there

I am working on the following for a saved search and am struggling a little so would appreciate some help if possible

I have a custom segment on my department record which for this instance needs to be set at Policy. I need the column to give me the transaction amount when the custom segment is Policy and the account type is Income, Expense, Other Income or Cost of Goods Sold. When the segment is Policy and the account type is Other Expense i want a negative of the amount. All else I want 0.
