Advanced template not displaying File Cabinet images
Environment: Sandbox.
I'm writing an advanced template for invoicing. I'm trying to add an image to the invoice. The image shows in the WYSIWYG. However, when I click preview, or print the invoice, I get the BFO question mark icon, signifying it can't retrieve the image. I've gone into source code mode and have tried accessing via file cabinet id, and each of the file's URLs. The file's "Available without login" is checked. I've added a link to a public image and get that image fine. So it seems to only be having problems accessing images stored on the NetSuite account.
